I always look forward to shooting Andrea, each time get together we have loads of laughs and get some great shots. Although we seem to spend more time laughing than being anything like productive. We did eventually get around to some work with great results.      

Country Comes to Town, Portadown.

I was lucky enough to be invited to photograph the annual Country comes to town event this weekend in Portadown. It was such a great day! With the sun was shining (most of the time), we saw some stiff competition and some beautiful animals. There was something for everyone, with tug of war competitions, fair ground rides and, my personal favorite, the numerous food stands. Heres a couple of my favorite photographs from the day, I'll look forward to seeing you all next year.

S.A.K. Designs.

What a weekend! I had been so looking forward to this shoot for a while. I was shooting the work of Stacey from S.A.K Designs, an amazingly talented face and body painter based in Glenanne.

Stacey was painting a whole series of new designs for the launch of her website. Between models, children, parents and assistants it was a pretty tight squeeze in the modest studio, but we all had great fun getting covered with glitter, paint, false eye lashes, you name it...

Ricky and Lorraine

It tried to rain pretty much all day. But eventually the sun came out in force. Maybe the weather felt the sense of occasion as we did. Gathered outside the Banbridge Civic centre we knew we were about to see something special. 

I knew when I met Ricky and Lorraine that they were perfect for each other. They never stopped laughing and giggling, and never stopped kissing, they looked so happy. The feeling was infectious as the close family members watched the intimate ceremony. 

It was so much fun shooting you both. It's heart warming to see two people make each other so happy. I wish you all the very best.
